The agreement

These terms cover use of the platform by a practice and its staff. Using the service means accepting them.

Your responsibilities

Keep credentials confidential, grant access only to people who need it, and make sure the clinical use of the system meets your professional obligations. The platform records what was done; it does not exercise clinical judgement.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability and will give notice of planned maintenance. Service credits, where they apply, are set out in your order.

Your data

Your records remain yours. On leaving, an export is produced before any deactivation, and that export is a precondition of closing an account rather than a courtesy.

Ending the agreement

Either party may end it on notice as set out in your order.
