Questions about pricing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a trial and no card is required. Nothing is charged until you tell us to start billing.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The practice stays exactly as it is and we talk to you about which plan fits. If you decide against it, you leave with a full export.
Can we change plan later?
At any time. Moving up is immediate. Moving down is refused only if the smaller plan would not hold what you already use, and we tell you exactly which limit is the problem.
Are patients charged for the portal?
No. Patient portal accounts do not count against your staff seats, however many patients you register.
What does annual billing save?
Roughly two months against paying monthly. The exact figure is shown on each plan when you switch the toggle.
